Kentucky Fried Chicken® has done what no other quick-service restaurant has done before. This past Tuesday, Beyond Fried Chicken™ made its debut in a limited one-store-test in Atlanta, crowning KFC as the 1st U.S. national QSR to introduce plant-based chicken.
We wanted to give a big THANK YOU to everyone who visited the store and shared the news about the test. It was amazing to see how much enthusiasm there is for The Future of Protein®!
Not only did they sell out in less than 5 hours but the amount of Beyond Fried Chicken sold was more than KFC would sell of popcorn chicken in a typical week. WILD.
